SportzSoft Solutions recommends Beanstream for all electronic payment processing, including solutions for online credit card processing, merchant accounts, and direct debit and direct payment solutions.  SportzSoft's software fully integrates with the Beanstream platform to process online credit card and Interac® payments quickly and securely.

In order to benefit from the power and convenience of online payment processing, you will need to setup an account with Beanstream.  Once your account has been setup, we enter your account number into the SportzSoft system and you can begin to process online payments.

There are some features you will need to consider before setting up your account with Beanstream.

1. Merchant Account - Almost every organization will require a merchant account, however, if you already have one and want to keep it, you will need to license gateway services (to process electronic payments to your merchant account from the SportzSoft system).

2. Gateway - This is the online software that processes the payments to your merchant account.

3. Interac© - You can choose whether or not to process Interac payments in addition to online credit card payments, but you must have this activated for your account.

4. Secure Payment Profiles (SPP) - This is a feature than allows us to securely store your members’ credit card numbers so that future transactions can be processed against them, for example, recurring payments and deposits.  This must be requested to be setup as part of your account as well.

5. No holdbacks - This means that all transactions, less your transaction fees and discount rate, are transferred into your bank account.
